Action menu

By default Typing Buddy replaces trigger string with actual text (or performs other actions) immediately after hitting an action key.But if there are actions with the same trigger then a popup menu-action menu-is shown to let you choose which action to execute. The same is for group triggers (group trigger is trigger for whole group, you can set it by doubleclicking a group under "trigger" column).

Example1:
Let's say we have 3 telephone numbers, and we assigned the same trigger for all of them.
After typing your trigger string and hitting an action key action menu pops up and let you choose which number to insert into text you type.

To execute an action from action menu:
-Click an item.
-On the keyboard press ordinal number of desired item.
For example if there are 4 items in the action menu, pressing "2"  on the keyboard will execute action associated with second item.

To close (cancel) action menu:
-Press "escape" key.
-Just ignore action menu and continue your work,it will disappear.

Always show action menu
By default action menu is shown only for multiple actions or for groups. If this option is checked action menu will pop up every time you invoke an action.

Follow text or mouse if possible
If checked action menu will pop up near your current text input (for Auto text actions),or at mouse cursor position (for "Open folder","Start application" and "Launch file" actions).

Fixed position
Select this option to show action menu at the same position every time.Click "set custom position" to choose where action menu will be shown.Default is top-left corner of the screen.
