Launch file action works in similar way as Start application action.In this case there isn't Parameter field,and with Browse you can choose any file not only program (.exe) files. (If you put in an internet address instead of file name Typing buddy will launch that site in
default web browser
Example1:
-Click Browse and choose from your music folder "my favorite song.mp3"
-In Description field type "best song ever"
-in Trigger put "rock"
Now typing "rock" anywhere anytime and executing action by hitting some of Action keys
("space" by default) will play your favorite song in computer default media player.
Example2:
Make new Group and name it "Songs".Set trigger for whole group,"mp3" would be adequate
here.
Repeat process from Example1 for few songs but don't set trigger for each song (though you
can if you like to access song directly).
Invoke Action menu by typing "mp3" anywhere and hitting action key.Action menu pops up
and let you choose which song to play.
(you can drag and drop songs,one at a time, from windows explorer into right pane of
Typing Buddy thus speeding up above process because you don't have to browse for
songs)
